When I bought a lottery ticket at the convenience store over a year ago, I was hoping that I would win, but I didn’t think it would really happen. I wanted to leave the country and retire in a luxurious place. When I saw pictures of the condo online, I was in awe. It looked like something out of a movie. Not only were the rooms of the condo luxurious, but the outside was as well. There was a giant outdoor lounge space that was surrounded by water, and it was one of the most amazing things that I had seen in a condo. I went through the necessary steps to make Singapore my permanent home. I didn’t care if I had to get rid of my citizenship in my old country. I was more than willing to shed my old life and move to Singapore to start a new one.
After moving to Singapore and settling into the condo, I headed right for the swimming pool and did some laps. Swimming is something that I find freeing. All of my cares just wash away when I’m moving around in the water. It’s also a great way for me to stay in shape. After swimming, I showered off and went to that outdoor lounge. Sitting on comfortable furniture in the open air is something that people should try more often. I’m going to enjoy staying here well into my old age.
